Set off in the morning and inhale the irresistible freshness of the forest, beneficial in any season, even in winter. Velvety-soft moss, creaking branches, dark earth. You can immerse yourself in the energy of this natural setting on a walk through the forest. Soak in the natural primal energy with all your senses. Just a few minutes of forest bathing can do you a lot of good. Science is also convinced that spending time in the forest helps to prevent diabetes, stress, and high blood pressure.
